As a Test Manager you will become a part of the delivery team for one of our key Customers in the Airspace Industry, dealing with Air Traffic Management, Flight planning and Air Traffic Control capacity planning.

In the Role of the Test Manager at Atos you will:
• Use the test management tools to manage test scenarios, script preparations, and perform test requirements analysis
• Manage the Site Acceptance Testing activities and coordinate User Acceptance Testing
• Create test plan and design test scenarios per the business requirement
• Be responsible for tracking all testing tasks, defects in an accurate and timely manner throughout the project life cycle and retest till closing.
• Prepare the test result report and provide walkthrough to project stakeholders.
• Proactively communicating test status, issues, and risk to project management with solutions proposals

Must have Skills (Demonstrable experience required):

• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written (English B2/C1 level required)
• REST/SOAP API testing with Rest Assured and ReadyAPI
• Understanding of Test Automation topics in Selenium, Python and Cypress, Javascript, Cucumber
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant testing experience to perform the advertised tasks
• Understanding and experience in Air Traffic Management system would be an asset

Responsibilities:
1. Align and Monitor Testing Strategy/Roadmap:
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to align and monitor the testing strategy and roadmap specific to applications within the Domain.
• Oversee both functional and non-functional testing aspects to ensure compliance with project-specific standards.
2. Coordinate SAT Plan and Execution:
• Work closely with key project stakeholders to coordinate the planning and execution of the Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) within designated releases.
• Ensure adherence to established testing protocols and standards.
3. Manage Communication with Stakeholders:
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels with internal and external project counterparts.
4. Support Deliverables Preparation:
• Collaborate with Support (SUPP) teams, including User Support Operations (USO), DevOps, and Architecture, to contribute to the preparation of deliverables from a content perspective.
• Ensure that deliverables meet the required testing criteria and standards.
5. Resource Estimation and Allocation:
• Perform resource estimation and allocation in collaboration with Project Managers (PMs) and Delivery Manager.
• Optimize resource utilization to meet testing requirements efficiently.
6. Support Testing Roadmap Definition:
• Assist Project Managers and test leads in defining the testing roadmap for each project.
• Provide input and guidance to ensure comprehensive testing coverage aligned with project goals.
7. Effective Collaboration and Communication:
• Foster and maintain effective collaboration and communication channels between different projects.
• Identify and resolve any communication gaps or conflicts that may arise during the testing phase.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience in test management roles, particularly in a complex and dynamic environment.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to perform resource estimation and allocation based on project requirements.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality testing outcomes.
